No referral is needed. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Washington state, I operate under direct access. This means you can start your care immediately — no referral, prescription, or insurance pre-approval required.
I work with:
Athletes of all levels, especially powerlifters, lifters, runners, and gym-goers
People managing chronic or nagging pain that hasn’t improved with traditional PT
Post-op clients looking to return to sport or build long-term strength
High performers who want to bridge the gap between rehab and peak performance
Absolutely. Many of my clients come to me for injury prevention, performance enhancement, or because they want expert guidance in strength and conditioning. I also offer coaching for powerlifters and active individuals who want to train intelligently and sustainably.
Here’s what sets Delta Strength & Rehab apart:
1-on-1 care with a DPT and board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)
Expertise in both rehab + performance training — I’m also a competitive powerlifter
Clear communication and personalized programming
No cookie-cutter exercises or passive treatments — everything is built around you
Integration of physical therapy + coaching if you want ongoing support
Both! I offer:
In-person physical therapy & rehab (Greater Seattle Area)
Virtual consults and coaching for clients across the U.S.
Hybrid options that combine rehab with remote coaching for a seamless transition
Initial evaluations and follow-up sessions are typically 60 minutes, one-on-one. Every session is structured based on your needs — whether it’s manual therapy, movement work, strength training, or education.
Prices vary depending on the type of service (PT, consults, coaching). I offer:
Single-session rates
Packages for rehab or performance clients
Ongoing coaching plans

Yes — I often collaborate with coaches to support your recovery and performance. My goal isn’t to replace your coach, but to add value through injury management, training adjustments, and expert oversight.
I primarily work with adults and older teens who are training seriously or recovering from orthopedic issues. If your child is active, lifting, or in sport, and needs support, I’m happy to assess and advise whether we’re a good fit.
Yes — and that’s the whole point. My entire approach is built around helping people lift, train, and move better — not avoiding the things they love. Whether you're post-injury or managing pain, we’ll create a plan to return you to barbell work, sport, or whatever goals drive you.
I am a cash-based provider, which means I do not directly bill insurance. This allows us to focus 100% on your goals — not what insurance will or won’t cover. Many clients find this leads to faster progress and fewer total visits.
However, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Check with your insurer to see if your plan includes those benefits.
It means you’re investing in 1-on-1, high-level care without the limitations of insurance companies. You get undivided attention, customized treatment plans, and performance-focused rehab with no surprise billing or time-wasting.
No unnecessary modalities. No overlapping patients. Just results.
